TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- All copy submitted for editing and proof reading must be provided in an editable Word document in either Ariel or Times New Roman, and free of password locks etc.

- Proof read and edited texts will be returned in a Word document with changes tracked along with the original text.

- For new content creation, a $100 deposit is payable up-front. 50% of this deposit may be refunded upon presentation of the first draft of the first 500 words, if client is not happy with the quality of the content. If client is not satisfied and a refund is tendered, it is presumed no further work will be carried out on the project. The first 500 word draft will be submitted as a JPEG file for review only. Any research required in order to produce new content will be billable and included in the overall invoice cost. Research costs may be avoided by providing the necessary data on which the new content is to be based.

- Website copy must be provided in a Word document with either links to each webpage or snapshots of the webpages included.

- LinkedIn introductions and Cover Letters may require one-on-one interview in order to draw out the best possible overview.

- An invoice with an A.B.N will be issued for all deposits and balance payments.

- Up to 72 hour turn around from receipt of payment, subject to project complexity.

- No student work will be accepted.

- The right to refuse work, without cause or explanation, will be reserved at all times.
